If you could go back to day one of your career journey and tell yourself something you wish you'd known back then, what would it be?
One of the things I wish I'd known since day one is to have confidence in myself and my abilities and pursue my dreams of entrepreneurship.
Knowing it now has really helped me to start my own business to help match nonprofits with excellent talent. It takes a lot of nerve to say ok I can make a real difference.
Being confident and true to myself has been an absolute game-changer. So, I invite you to think back to when you first started your career? Speak to that version of yourself. What are you telling them? Let me know in the comments below.
