How To Stay Motivated When You Aren't Feeling Your Best
There are so many articles, tips, quotes, and techniques to stay motivated. But how do you actually in the midst of a global pandemic?
Daycares and schools are closed. You're either working and juggling multiple responsibilities, everchanging shifts, or looking for a job. On top of that, there is a mountain of conflicting and strange information about current events.
What do you do?
Have hope.
This will pass.
And know that you are not alone.
Millions of people around the world are going through the same thing.
Stay positive and keep going. If you are applying for jobs, have a strategy in place and execute it. Push through it.

If you are working from home, overly communicate.
If you are not camera ready for a video call while you are working from home, let the organizer know you're joining a zoom call with audio-only. You haven't had the chance to tidy up yet, no big deal. Give yourself space and some grace.
Embrace the schedule send or draft. If you have time later in the day, write out your responses, save them as a draft and send them out the next day in the morning. If you are able to schedule send, do that. People are understanding. We are all in the same boat here.
